Existing autobody shop building repurposed to destination retail liquor store. One of ISREP's focuses on this project was to achieve the client's highest ROI for both the business and value of the real estate asset. ISREP guided the design team to an efficient conceptual design taking into account the owner's needs, optimal sales volume, construction schedule, and cost to build. Areas of focus on this project included:
- Land use guidance
- Generating project schedule
- Value engineering
- Interview and award of design team
- Writing and delivering RFP (includes detailed scope of work, design documents, and project schedule)
- Bidding project to several general contractors and reviewing requisitions
- Coordinating release of funds from lending institutions
